The L3Harris NGAL is a rugged, ultra-compact and lightweight system designed to be compatible with all generations of night vision devices. NGAL uses an advanced illuminator design to achieve a more uniform Near Infrared illuminator beam for increased Situation Awareness. High-efficiency electronics support increased system performance at reduced Size, Weight and Power.

The L3Harris NGAL was selected as the USSOCOM WPNAC (Weapon Accessories) Miniaturized Aiming System, Laser (MAS-L) as the Squad Aiming Laser (SAL) to replace the MDNS (Miniature Day Night Sight) ATPIAL in USSOCM use, and classified as the LA-23/PEQ.

IR Lasers are restricted to Law Enforcement and Government sales only and cannot be sold to civilians. Purchase of IR Laser equipment can only occur at the Department, Agency, or Unit level. IR Lasers cannot be sold to individual Law Enforcement, Military, Government, or Contractor personnel. No exceptions. If you are a government employee and would like to purchase an IR laser, you must have your agency place the order for you. We do not make the rules, but we do follow them. These lasers are regulated by the FDA (Food & Drug Administration).
